For those who wish to use the JY CCDs with National Instruments LabVIEW development package, we have some good news! New LabVIEW VIs are now available for the Symphony and Spectrum One CCD lines.

For existing users of HORIBA Jobin Yvon CCDs and LabVIEW software, the package includes Virtual Instruments (VIs) to acquire spectra, define binning, and even acquire images. Together with drivers for control of the spectrometers, all aspects of the spectroscopy system can be run from the LabVIEW environment.

Simple drivers to control SPEX and HORIBA Jobin Yvon instruments are available. These allow the user-programmer to combine custom spectrometer control with the functions of other instruments controlled through LabVIEW.
