Nanotechnology on the FluoroLog®-3 - in the IR
Now it is possible to automatically collect excitation/emission spectral matrices in the IR (up to 1700 nm) in a matter of minutes, instead of hours. The HORIBA Jobin Yvon FluoroLog®-3 accepts many types of detectors and gratings that make it ideal for the evolving demands of nanotechnology. Not only can you perform steady-state measurements, but phosphorescence lifetimes are possible with the optional phosphorimeter. All functions are fully automated, and a full line of accessories, including Time Correlated Single Photon Counting, is available, no matter where your experiment takes you.
