The Array for NIR Spectroscopy
The
Optical Spectroscopy Division of Jobin Yvon Inc. is pleased
to announce the release of its Liquid Nitrogen Cooled, 1024
x 1 pixel InGaAs array. The NEW Symphony
IGA-1024 x 1 series of detectors features spectroscopic-grade
InGaAs (Indium-Gallium-Arsenide) linear arrays with 25 µm
x 500 µm pixel elements. These detectors offer extremely
high sensitivity, dynamic range, signal-to-noise performance
and stability for NIR applications in the 0.7 µm -
1.7 µm wavelength region.
Jobin Yvon's InGaAs Array detectors are ideal for many demanding, low light level, multi-channel spectroscopic applications including:
- NIR Raman spectroscopy.
- Photoluminescence measurements.
- Plasma diagnostics.
- Emission spectroscopy.
- Characterization of NIR laser diodes, optical filters and light sources.
- Fiber Optics Transmission measurements in the telecommunications industry.
