Jobin Yvon is pleased to introduce the newest version of software for the METALYS Spark Optical Emission Spectrometer. The software offers multi-user levels with password protection and login capacity. The Jobin Yvon report generator makes use of customized templates for daily reporting while storing data and instrument controls for traceability.

Metal Maker, now a standard feature in the software, makes production of accurate alloys easy and fast. Metal Maker provides automatic charge calculation and exact assistance for the manufacture of accurate alloys based on a defined composition. Statistical Process Control (SPC) allows control of the entire process through to production and is useful for the verification of instrument performance.

Metal Maker is also available for the GD-PROFILERT Series of Glow Discharge OES Instruments, as well as the EMIA Series Carbon/Sulfur Analyzers and EMGA Series Oxygen/Nitrogen and Hydrogen Analyzers.
